Hi all me again been racking my brains and have gone over and over this and still having issues. 2017 leaf stack and battery

So I did continuity test on all cables going from ZV to contactors and all other wiring. All wired up as the picture attached.

When I flick precharge I'm only getting power to the precharge relay and not to the negative or positive contactor.

Now I didn't wire this up to start with but went over all the wiring and I did find that the relay ground pin 32 was getting 12v + so I rewired that so it was getting the relay ground. But having this issue.

Batteries are all wired up and I'm getting 390v to the ccontactors.

Anybody have any ideas as what is going on, prams, spot values all attached

You can try and move to the (Pin 3 right above Pin 31 that is used now) Out3Func/GP Out 3 pin and change Out3Func to Negative Contactor.

This way you can rule out a broken output stage.

Hello I missed your post in the General section. I have a similar issue and I posted in the Vehicle Control (VCU) section. https://openinverter.org/forum/viewtopi ... 313#p90313
Looks like I need to open up the VCU box and measure the pins and check the output drivers.

Thanks
