There is an electronics engineer living in Georgia, Murman Kakhidze (MIKMUR), who is interested in power inverters and even have built his own car, which he now converting into electric, using Curtis logic board with his DIY power stage. He reads this forum as well, but doesn't speak english and uses translator to read forum.
He reverse engineered some inverters, and drawed all the schematics.
He asked me to share this scheme of Prius GEN 2 Inverter, maybe it will become handy for someone:
