I will be creating a step by step overview guide that will lead a beginner (like me) through the process. I am a newbie and have started implementing an EV conversion project. I am using a Nissan Lief EM 57 Drivestack and Nissan Leaf 24kWH battery pack. To date I have purchased the v3 Main Board and the Leaf Interface Board from Johannes. I took apart the Leaf Battery Pack and Drivestack and put them on a bench to "bring it up". I have installed it in the inverter and started to figure out how to bench test it. My project is here https://openinverter.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=600 but this will be the place where step by step guide will be created and appropriate steps will be discussed and answers to Questions will be answered as they come up.
