Description
The P510 is considered a third generation e-CVT and very similar to the P410 transaxle. The transmission is passively air cooled and thus has no antifreeze circulating through it.
Model Code
1LM
Applications
- Toyota Prius C (2012-2021)
- Toyota Yaris Hybrid
- Toyota Corolla Hybrid

MG1 to axle output total gear ratio with locked input shaft 8.807:1
Oil Pump
Trochoid pump driven by engine shaft. The pump is mounted externally on the case and is considerably larger than the P410 pump since the transaxle relies primarily on oil cooling. There are two oil distribution tubes within the transaxle that distribute oil from the oil pump to oil directors mounted on the end windings of both MG1 and MG2.[2]
Fluid Capacity
??L of Toyota WS fluid.
