== MEB Chargers ==
There's a generational difference between the 1-2 phase PHEV chargers, and the newer MLBevo type used on the Audi E-Tron, E-Tron GT & Porsche Taycan

There are many different variants of MEB chargers with a wide range of potential power outputs.
== Difference between MLBevo/MQB vs. MEB Chargers ==
MEB has different AC connector and therefore also different chargeport. Possibly not compatible with all the information here. The E-Tron chargers have several things which make them a bit different, one major being the LIN LED module and Door actuator, as well as only having a Hybrid CAN connection (No Drive CAN).

== MLBevo/MQB Chargers Overview ==

11kW and 22kW:
There are many different variants of MQB and MLBevo chargers with a wide range of potential power outputs.
- 5QE915684J, 5QE915684AD, 5QE915684A - From Audi e-Tron, single AC input, coolant connections at opposite end to electrical connections
-

5QE915684BJ - I think it's from the Audi e-Tron, single AC input, coolant connections on the right side when looking from the connector end
-

5QE915684BC, 5QE915684BK - From Porsche Taycan, dual AC input, coolant connections on the right side when looking from the connector end

=== MLBevo ===
TE YHVA630-5phm-6mm-A and HV output coding A is 2141256-1

== HV Connection ==
It doesnt care what you connect to the HV wires. 360v, 12v, heating element, dead short. Its mission in life is pumping current. It just dumps out voltage even when it does not see any voltage present.

== Coding ==
MLBevo chargers seem to all use the EV_OBC3Phase1KLOMLBev16B config/odx. '''20103''' for the security code.

LIN Devices still show up within the DTC Memory, However no functional issues with them disconnected as long as the coding has them coded out. Similar errors exist for the door and other coded out options. Assumption is that the base software still has the DTC codes enabled for faults, however the selection is universal for the base charger option. (much like how most times you can code out a O2 sensor, but the DTC code will remain unless digging deeper into the ECU programming)

=== VCDS ===
You can open in the VCDS LCode.exe program [https://forums.ross-tech.com/index.php?threads/20117/page-7 (no purchase needed)] and it's a interactive way to determine the coding value required. Coding label file available [https://openinverter.org/forum/viewtopic.php?p=55623#p55623 here]. Shouldn't be necessary for newer versions of VCDS. Working with a Hex_V2 Cable.

There's a generational difference between the 1-2 phase PHEV chargers, and the newer MLBevo type used on the Audi E-Tron, E-Tron GT & Porsche Taycan

Difference between MLBevo/MQB vs. MEB Chargers

MEB has different AC connector and therefore also different chargeport. Possibly not compatible with all the information here. The E-Tron chargers have several things which make them a bit different, one major being the LIN LED module and Door actuator, as well as only having a Hybrid CAN connection (No Drive CAN).

MLBevo/MQB Chargers Overview

There are many different variants of MQB and MLBevo chargers with a wide range of potential power outputs.

These charges are not recommended if you are looking for a known working solution.

MLBevo

TE YHVA630-5phm-6mm-A and HV output coding A is 2141256-1

HV Connection

It doesnt care what you connect to the HV wires. 360v, 12v, heating element, dead short. Its mission in life is pumping current. It just dumps out voltage even when it does not see any voltage present.

Coding

MLBevo chargers seem to all use the EV_OBC3Phase1KLOMLBev16B config/odx. 20103 for the security code.

VCDS

You can open in the VCDS LCode.exe program (no purchase needed) and it's a interactive way to determine the coding value required. Coding label file available here. Shouldn't be necessary for newer versions of VCDS. Working with a Hex_V2 Cable.
