adapter plates
adapter plate for the em57 motor cad files:

the adapter plate is designed for the em57 motor(gen 2+), and utilizes all the locating dowel pins.
the design uses a 1in thick piece of aluminum, milled down slightly for ensure a square and accurate fit. there is a bearing boar in the design, which utilizes the ---- angular contact bearing for alternative setups where there may be axial loads on the motor shaft. the bearings in the leaf motor are not designed for these types of forces, and will fail, so the need for a support bearing is paramount.
a support bearing isnt required if the motor is just directly mated to another gearbox.
*refer to the drawing of the adapter plate when machining, and not the cad file, to ensure the machine is following accurate data
