pre charge and contactor pin on

hi all i have a gen3 board and in the testing prosess unfortunately when i power the board up the precharge and the contactor pin go live at the same time ...surley this is wrong as in the docsumentaion it states that precharge gos high then when the dc reaches a ceftain level the contactor pin gose high and activates the contactor and the precharge shuts off ... both are on all the time .

I guess first thing to check is your parameter settings.
