FS: CHAdeMO connector + IVT-S shunts
TWO things for sale:
_______________________
1) CHAdeMO connector housing (EVSE side):
You guys remember when there was an experimental DIY CHAdeMO connector 3D design floating around DIY blogs and EV forums, maybe 5 years ago? Back when the EMW charger was a thing...
Well at the time, I had one of these CHAdeMO connector professionally 3D printed, with ABS and a high fill rate (for increased heat resistance), from an online service, thinking I would have time to play with it and try to interface with my EV. (well I didn't). It includes the housing components and multiple instances of the pin-holder, so you can experiment with different pin design while building your test setup.
Now it's still new and it's for sale for way cheaper than what cost me initially to have it 3D printed: 62EUR / 75USD.
Just PM me for confirmation of shipping cost (Pictures below) Note: it's a project: as you would need to build the contacts as per the initial DIY instructions/design found online (www.thingiverse.com/thing:121581 and https://www.mynissanleaf.com/viewtopic.php?f=44&t=13349 are good places to start), and using your creativity. Perfect for experimenting with your CHAdeMO hardware! It was test-fitted on a Nissan LEAF receptacle.

2) ISAscale IVT-S 1000A shunt current sensors:
As explained in another thread, I have a couple of new IVT-S shunts available from a past order I can part with. They are the 1000A version, non-terminated CAN (terminated also available) , 3 high-voltage measuring inputs, 12V : the type we all use. (IVT-1K-U3-I-CAN Picture below)
For simplicity's sake : I'll let them go at the same cost proposed on this forum :
____see last post____.
Just PM me for confirmation of shipping cost and availability.
(Note: You will have to source your own set of Molex connectors/clips as I do not have any of these left.)
Cheers!

Re: FS: CHAdeMO connector + IVT-S shunts
I also have some used OEM vehicle-side CHAdeMO connector receptacles for those working on CHAdeMO hardware development for their EV conversion. (these are the real original ones from Nissan / Yazaki or Kia / Yura).
PM-me if there is interest. I'll add pictures soon.

Re: FS: CHAdeMO connector + IVT-S shunts
Here is a picture of the Kia/Yura vehicle-side CHAdeMO port.
I have a few in various conditions. They go from a housing with some missing mouting flange ears, to others with a missing retaining notch for the EVSE connector to lock-on. However, electrically and signal-wise, everything is functionnal and can be used to mate with a CHAdeMO charging station.
PM-me and I can send additionnal pictures of units matching your needs or level of DIY-repair-skills.

Re: FS: CHAdeMO connector + IVT-S shunts
Hi. It depends on your requirements for integration.
If you are ready to crimp an Anderson connector or other lugs on the HV cables yourself for easy connection (because the matching par for the silver Kia Yura connector in the picture is impossible to source), I can sell one CHAdeMO car-side port with 7in of cable for 300CAD + shipping. The only thing missing is the top retaining plastic notch where the EVSE-side connector locks with a tooth.
So they are sold as is, as R&D DIY ports.
If interested, PM me.
Thanks!

I'm interested in the ISAScale Shunt. Are you flexible on the price? someone else on the forum is selling them brand new for 100 but they just ran out of CAN type 2 ones.

Hi. I could trade for a 1st gen Nissan Leaf DC-DC assembly (2011-2012 ZE0). (the ugly vertical one hidden behind the motor inverter.)
Thanks!
Thanks!

Just to bring this thread to a close . . . I tried to PM pablo_mtl and the forum says they don't have an account any more:
Perhaps Johu could alter the thread's title to indicate '[SOLD]' or similar, so others don't go down the rabbit hole that I did.
