I'm using a phev charger to charge my pack to a certain voltage. The voltage reported by the inverter board varies a bit, it seems to read a little higher, which in most instances isn't an issue, until you get to the upper charge limit.
Is it likely the phev charger is the more accurate of the two and to be trusted ?

Re: Accurate voltage reading
For charge cutoff I’d be making all decisions based on only cell voltages, charge cutoff based on pack voltage is open to the possibility of over charging cells if there are any cells in the pack with Sufficiently low voltage.

Re: Accurate voltage reading
yep that is the aim - almost there on that. fortunately only 0.01 volt between any cells at the moment
