If it really is deregistered then it can never go back on the road again in NZ as all the electronic safety equipment must be replaced with new parts. It isn't the only one around here in this condition.

This one crashed in front right corner.

The batteries, electrical systems and rear drive will be OK.

Front drive unit could have been compromised.

It didn't sell at auction twice. I made an offer before the first auction and they rejected it. Made another offer $2k less and after some discussion it was accepted. Fair price given what it is. Have a buyer for the battery immediately which makes the motor I need a good price compared to other options here. Battery is no good to me but would work as a PV static setup really well.

Watched this same flooded Tesla go back through the auctions minus the battery (same photos as before even).
Went to $6,950 without meeting reserve.

Its the Sky City one from middle of last years fire. They "lost" the battery when it was removed for safety reasons. The mechanicals will be mostly ruined as it has been wet for six months or so. The panels would go well on one of the crashed ones, I believe the person who bought the crashed 100 in Chch may be looking at it.

I still have the remains of the red P100D including the front motor to sell
