Wanted Tesla Model 3 Inverter

I'm looking for either a complete inverter or just the pcb from I believe a "980" model 3 drive unit like the one pictured. Can be broken, non functional etc. Just needed for reverse engineering work. Thanks.

I see on marketplace, that near me (Ukraine, Kiev) sells with electric problem 980 full motor for 90$. I think about buy for experiment.
