You can take the first quiz here: foxev.io/academy.

The goal is to help you learn EV tech, energy tech, renewable tech while having fun and without having to invest big $$$ into buying hardware

how it works
The app figures out what you’re good at and where you need work, then adjusts the questions to your skill level. No boring repeats of stuff you already know—it focuses on what’s tricky for you. You’ll watch videos, answer questions, build circuits, and get scored so you can track your progress.

you will be able to set goals like
  • Build a drone from scratch
  • Finally understand EVSE systems
  • Cram for a Battery Systems Engineer interview
  • Build your own electric car
  • Actually understand what the engineers are saying
there will be gamification, like
  • +10XP for balancing a battery pack
  • +100XP for understanding CAN communication
coming features
  • Knowledge organized into skill trees and modules
  • Interactive circuit-building exercises
  • Short videos and diagrams breaking down tough concepts
what is live now
This is very much an MVP, or a sketch of what this will be! But the following flow is live:
  • you answer 10 topic relevant questions
  • you then get a breakdown of your strengths in software, electronics, and mechanical
  • you can then create an account to be used in the future
Want early access to new features? PM me or email hello@foxev.io. There is a WhatsApp beta group for testers who want to help shape the platform!

Take the first quiz now: foxev.io/academy. Feedback is very welcome—weekly updates are coming! 🚀

My only feedback would be potentially to provide an answer or source or other reading material for Qs, whether you got the wrong or not.

  • changed wording on a few ambiguous questions
  • crossed out wrong answers
  • added hint at the bottom with a bit of an explanation for every question
  • added a 0/10 slide explaining what will happen in the demo
