Mercedes B250e Connecting a Router to the Tesla Gateway Control Module

Hope someone can help me.
My Mercedes B250e Tesla LDU was making milling noises. I removed the Tesla LDU and replaced Motor, primary and intermediate shaft bearings and refitted the LDU.
Unfortunately it won’t run. The dash has a visit workshop caption illuminated.

I had hoped to find a Tesla OBD connector inside the the left side of the trunk like a RAV4electric.

I removed the plastic caps on the cargo strap D rings, unbolted the D rings then released the trim from the rear hatch seal and pulled it inboard for access.

The Tesla Electronic Network Gateway Control Module is sandwiched between two other electronic boxes in a lightweight bracket. I cannot find an OBD connector nearby, but I will remove the rear light lens incase it is hiding behind it.

I want to connect a router to the Gateway Control Module so the car can be remotely diagnosed and reset like the RAV4 I saw in a really good YouTube video by DIY EV guy.

Does anyone know if I made a male-female pass-thru cable for the vehicle interface connector and connected a network cable to it, if that would work?
