We have everything wired up as per drawings etc and started doing throttle potentiometer set ups and everything working as it should. Plugged in the 240v wall charger and lost everything? Disconnected supply and found we still had 380v at the pdm, further checking found that the contactors have welded together, all from plugging in the wall charger. Any ideas as I’ve checked wiring again and again and it’s all correct
