I started working on PWN-E a couple years ago. Life happened for a little while, and now I've picked the project back up again. I have a few videos on the project.

There have been a couple design changes along the way. I originally planned 70 kilowatt hours of battery in the floor of the car (part of the reason I went with a rear motor configuration was to make room for batteries) However, my partner in this build backed out and I decided I'd prefer a smaller pack. I now plan to place 55 kWh of VW ID4 modules under the hood.
I also planned to use a BMW Z3 rear suspension with the LDU situated between the trailing arms. Unfortunately, this meant violating the rear stub frame and the rear seat area, which my partner didn't like. So now I've designed my own independent rear suspension. Because how hard could that be right?
