Lexus 300h/450h

Hi, thanks to all for accepting me into the group. Have started to collect 300h parts to convert over my bmw e9 3.0cs. My question is are the transmission yokes that bolt to prop shaft in the 300h and 450h interchangeable as I believe the 450h is a direct fit onto the bmw prop and requires no modifications.
In short can I fit the 450h transmission rear yoke to my 300h transmission.
