I am looking for one rated to at least 48 A
Does anyone know of any suppliers?

Re: NACS Vehicle inlets
Have you tried Tesla?
They list the Model S charge port as 'over the counter' in their catalogue!

Re: NACS Vehicle inlets
In my case, I bought a used early Model S charge port (info here), which is the early version without a powered door. The cables are bolt-on so they can be a bit more adaptable than others that have integrated cables, at the trade-off of not being environmentally sealed, and Tesla's cable's terminals are pretty special -- though that can be worked around. Cable routing is at right angle to the port, which can save some depth when mounting.
I also bought a Model 3 NACS inlet and cable set. Its cables' exit is also at right angle to the port, but in stock form exits at about 11 o'clock. I haven't had a chance to see if the direction can be easily re-clocked yet.
