I have a 75 kWh Tesla Model S, 2018, 170k km

battery can be picked up in Zaandam, Netherlands, €3000

will be disassembled soon due to available space...

That's very cheap. There are 14 modules so just over €200 per module, or if you use 0.2C max, it has 80kWh capacity, so just €37.50 per kWh. I use a 2015 Model S 75 battery to power my home, I reckon it still has about 90-95% SOH

Yes battery / module prices have gone down a lot, except for modules that are wanted a lot, like MEB modules.

shipping is probably very expensive, and a hassle (ADR transport)
