Toyota Prius Gen 4 (P610) Inverter and P410 Board

Hello, I have a Toyota Prius Gen 4 (P610) inverter and a P410 board, but I am not sure if they can work together. Has anyone tested or successfully started an engine with this unit? If so, what should I be aware of when connecting and operating? Thanks.
