CCS Proximity Pilot vs GB/T Charging Confirmation
I'm trying to find information about the Charging Confirmation signal on GB/T connections, and how it differs from Proximity Pilot used in CCS and CCS2. I'm not having much luck, other than references to a 30v signal. Any clues, or suggestions on where to look?

Re: CCS Proximity Pilot vs GB/T Charging Confirmation
You could try whether the indian fast charge standard also includes this. It is referenced here:
https://github.com/uhi22/pyPLC?tab=read ... references as number xi. Seems to contain Chademo (Annex A, System A), an other "System B" in annex B, and CCS as "System C" in Annex C. Maybe the "System B" is what you are searching for.
Edit: Seems to match. The annex B mentions " configuration BB as specified in IEC 62196-3." and on wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IEC_62196#BB the "GB/T 20234.3" is mentioned.

Re: CCS Proximity Pilot vs GB/T Charging Confirmation
Thanks. It appears the GB/T DC interface uses two CC lines, one for the car and one for the charger.

1. In GB/T 27930 (DC), the CC signal is used:sstanleyau wrote: ↑Tue Mar 11, 2025 12:38 pm Thanks. It appears the GB/T DC interface uses two CC lines, one for the car and one for the charger.
6V indicates the plug is disconnected.
4V indicates the plug is connected.
2. In GB/T 18487 (AC), the PP or CP signal is used:
PP is for detecting plug presence.
CP is for detecting plug status.
For the CP signal:
12V indicates the plug is disconnected.
9V indicates the plug is connected.
6V indicates charging is in progress.
