I've been struggling with this for weeks now. I've added some missing components including the entire -5V power section and the fault logic IC.
I'm using G9200-47141 and I have 5.35R sine installed.
I checked all the voltages per the wiki, I change the setting to start the inverter in manual mode, and press the start in manual mode button. Nothing happens. I get a steady 5v on all of the Mg1 and Mg2 inputs. I've tried this on both motors.
I've got 12v on pin 3, encmode is AB, udcmin is 0, ...
I get 1.8v on the Mg2 current sensor c67 and c 68 caps. I get 2.5v on the C47 and C46 caps. These both seem correct.
MG1 has a high udc voltage and HICUROFS2 warnings.
DC BUS 1
0.5v @R108/50-way (what could be driving this? Is my inverter bad?)
0.396 @R108/C87
DC BUS2
7mV @R96/50-way
10mV @ r96/C69
What inputs matter for this? Has anyone created a guide /trouble shooting guide for the dual motor setup.
I included some data for MG1 and MG2

Re: NO PWM on my Dual Motor Board
I was able to get the PWM output for MG2 by updating the firmware and fiddling with the parameters a little more. I attached my working parameter file
MG2 PWM output still doesn't work.
I'm getting HICUROFS2 and HICUROFS1 errors. I assume this is caused by the higher voltage on C47 and C48, but that doesn't make sense to me. The MG1 and MG2 circuits are different and the value scales proportial to the voltage divider. Any help would be appreciated!
The udc voltage is ~90 but I can bias is down to ~1 by setting udcofs to 490.

Re: NO PWM on my Dual Motor Board
When I hook up my 30V powre source to the HV connection, I get an amplified 30V PWM signal out. Did I destroy my inveter by not using a pre-charge resistor the first time I did this? I originally connected 30V to the normal input, but now i'm using the inputs on the back without the boost converter.
Again, any help would be appreciated. I'll keep stumbling around... maybe I'll get lucky.
