Probably worth adding you location. There's is a UK breaker selling a 40kwh pack for very cheap on ebay atm but it is quite damaged and would be very risky. It was on at £99 collected.

What SOH and internal resistance are you looking for?

LeafSpy showed an SOH of ~60% and Hx 24,4%.
Although I don't know, if the defective cell had an influence on these values...
