Currently I'm trying to decided which Motor + inverter / Stack I want to use for an upcoming conversion.
I have every HV component from a Gen1 Leaf and a separate Gen2 Stack with 6kW Charger.
I would like to compile a Pro / Con List for each motor (maybe extend to Gen3 later as I don't own one ...

Look you can work it out how you want. Zombie does not take the Chademo CAN in and talk the right CAN back to an EV, nor does it control the charger side signals required for Chademo.

My thought was that the contactors for chademo in the PDM can be switched via CAN so no direct wiring would be necessary. There are chademo to ccs adapters that achieve similar things.
Foccci can be used as such a converter according to the wiki.

I've got a Gen2 Leaf PDM, Motor and Inverter + zombieverter.
I want to add CCS charging to that stack so AC charging is handled by the PDM as usual and DC charging is handled by I3 LIM + the internal contactors of the Leaf PDM.

tbh I wouldn't be surprised about subtle differences when firmware is compiled with a different version of the compiler or supporting libs

The BMS is i know.

The leaf current sensor is a normal hall sensor but with a small offset (0A => 3.25V, instead of expected 0A => 2.5V with normal 5V logic hall sensors).

So basically an ADC reading would suffice but the value needs to be mapped to CAN. This is option 1 ...

The leaf inverter can measure the voltage for precharge so an IVT is not strictly necessary anymore.
Current measurement is needed for CCS and general limits but needs to be implemented ...

it loads the deps and compiles without problems. But when I compare the Hashes (md5) of my compiled .bin and the release bin they differ.

same issues here. Sometimes it shows the same message with my setup (Zombie + Leaf Gen2).
It seems to reconnect by it self so never had problems with it but I wanted to +1 this issue.

one thing i came to notice is that the zombiverter leaves the precharge relay engaged and never turns off after the main contactor is active. Was surprised to see that.

This is a different behavior compared to the original leaf VCU. This turns precharge off, some seconds after the main contactor ...
