electric karting udc 52v
I decided to share my project too (electric karting ) I use an inverter powered by 52V maybe someone will be interested, to start I will post a photo of my controller

the inverter was designed for 72 volts, on the MOSFET irfp4110 I had at hand irfp3077 I used them, on the battery a maximum of 54 volts, the phase current of about 200 amps

The boards were developed for me according to my schemes, I didn't ask what program they were developed in, I can find out

Nice job. I had a quick look at the schematic. My only comment would be that the output voltage from your current sensors will not be centered on 1.65v You may want to adjust the values of the voltage divider to get closer to the target 1.65v . I believe this is required by the STM32, maybe Johu could clarify if that is important? Without doubt accurate current readings are a prerequisite to good FOC or I guess if this is an induction motor it may not be relevant.
What motor are you driving with this inverter? I will be using a bluepill on an upcoming project so Johu please keep it as an option in the code base.

Haven't seen the schematic, most importantly the reading must never go above 3V3. Offset calibration is automatic, so if offset is e.g. 2V and you still never exceed 3V3 you'll be fine.kiwifiat wrote: ↑Sat Feb 15, 2020 7:47 am Nice job. I had a quick look at the schematic. Your current sensors look interesting. What mV/A do they output and what ferrite cores have you used?

Depends on the gap in the ferrite ring, I cut 7mm, designed for a phase current of 400a

Only there is one inconvenience, you need to saw ferrite rings, very bad sawing, ferrite dust is very easy to get into the respiratory tract, you need to saw only with good ventilation, and preferably in a mask.

Good traction in this engine, I can not achieve a dynamometer key, but if it is already turned , the torque is high, breaks the cameras in the wheels
