Re: Tesla Model 3 Rear Drive Unit Hacking
Ok. Analyzer ordered.
And I believe I have those resistors already.
So the inverter needs to be near the motor with the external plug plugged in so the oil pump gets power and sends the signal?
And the 10k resistor goes nowhere but is connected to one of the channels on the Analyzer.

I can draw up the current sensor block but it would be ideal to get the torroid size, wall thicknesses, etc. If someone wants to mail me a current sensor block, even a broken one I can 3D scan / model it up and share it here. I'm in Connecticut USA, PM me.
May be able to get them printed from say ...

Ligitamite question: why do you post here if you are not going to share any information on how? This is a forum to share information for others to learn and use.
It seems you are using this as a ad platform for future sales opportunity.

Re: Ford Eluminator- have you got yours working?
For 1500 without an inverter, and no support from aftermarket for decent prices. Other motors are better options. You can get a more powerful m3 motor with built-in inverter for half that price. And there is a good amount of support.

I tried searching but did not see anything.
Is there a way to modify the SDU to not need the Telsa specific HV cables, or a better place to find them then the high prices on Ebay?

Looking to buy a donor car
I am looking to purchase a donor car. There is one available that is a 2015 s p85d. The ad says that it only drives slow, so it must be in limp mode. The error message they are showing is that the battery fuse replacement is required. But it is also showing it is in service plus mode.
